Okay, so it was actually a Walgreen's, but either way, Coheed and Cambria have parted ways with their bassist Michael Todd, who just minutes before the band was supposed to take the stage and open for the reunited Soundarden, held up a Walgreen's pharmacy claiming he had a bomb and demanded bottles of Oxycontin. He made off with 6 containers of the drug and took a cab to the venue. Todd was arrested before the band made it on stage and was charged with robbery and unlawful possession of prescription drugs.
 

JAIME PRESSLY ARRESTED FOR DUI!


Former My Name is Earl star Jaime Pressly was arrested for DUI and later released on $15,000 bail from a Santa Monica jail. "Hi, my name is....hot mess!" THIS JUST IN ON 1/11/11: TMZ.com is reporting that Jaime blew a .22 the night she was arrested for DUI. That's nearly 3 x's the legal limit!

AXL'S VERY FIRST MUG SHOT


Awe look.. it's a little Axl when he was 18! This never before seen mugshot was recently published in TheParisReview.org. A reporter for GQ magazine had found the photo when he was working on an article on Axl five years ago. The arrest happened after he hit a woman in his yard with a splint that was on his arm. He was arrested in the parking lot of the local frozen custard store in Lafayette, Indiana. Classic!

Nothing says Merry Christmas quite like a domestic violence charge! Charlie Sheen was arrested Christmas morning in Aspen on domestic violence charges. Sheen was charged with second degree assault and criminal mischief after getting into an argument with his wife Brooke Mueller. Sources say he threatened her with a knife and the couple was discussing a possible divorce. He was released on $8,500 bail.

Billie Joe Armstrong was arrested by Berkeley, California cops in January 2003 and charged with drunk driving. The 30-year-old punk rocker was behind the wheel of his black BMW convertible when police pulled him over for speeding. After smelling booze on his breath, police administered a Breathalyer test, with Armstrong blowing a .18, more than twice the state's legal limit of .08.

Joyce Dewitt, the chick who played "Janet Wood" on "Three's Company" 8,000,000 years ago, was arrested Saturday in El Segundo, CA on suspicion of DUI. "Janet" was pulled over after driving through a barricade. When police approached, she smelled like alcohol and failed sobriety tests. She was released on $5,000 bail. Nice mugshot!

HEATHER LOCKLEAR BOOKED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF MEDS!!


Tommy Lee and Richie Sambora’s ex- Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday in Santa Barbara on suspicion of Driving under the Influence. Alcohol was not a factor though. Police believe Heather was under the influence of prescription meds!!! Somebody called the cops after seeing Heather driving erratically, and then a police officer noticed her car parked on the highway blocking a lane! Heather was booked and released without bail. WEILAND SPENDS A WHOPPING 13 MINUTES IN JAIL?!?!


According to TMZ.com and Perez Hilton, Scott Weiland was released from jail at 6:54pm Monday, May 12th, just 14 minutes after he was officially booked into jail. Weiland turned himself in at 8:55 am Monday, was officially booked just after Noon, and then checked into prison at 6:41pm. If he was released at 6:54 pm, if I’m doing the math correctly, that’s just 14 minutes in jail! That leaves Weiland free to play with STP Saturday, May 17th at the Rock on the Range festival in Ohio.

First Vanilla Ice ripped off Queen and David Bowie, and now he has been ordered to stay away from his wife after being arrested late last week on a domestic abuse charge in Palm Beach.

Bon Jovi’s guitarist was pulled over in LA last month in his HUMMER, (there’s a joke in there somewhere), and charged with misdemeanor drunk driving. He was weaving on the PCH, the Pacific Coastal Highway, in Laguna Beach, CA. The court date is set for May 7th so stay tuned!
